Your time is valuable, and making it to the gym isn’t always an option. We bring the workout to you at your home or office with mobile personal training.

- Schedule your free consultation and we will meet at your house or office.
- Fill out your intake forms ahead of time and email them back to me.
- Together, we will discuss your goals, health history, exercise history, your current nutrition and lifestyle habits, do movement screens and assessments, measurements, and together come up with a plan that works for you.

Do I need any equipment?
No, we bring all the equipment necessary to your workout. We have adjustable dumbbells from 5 lbs to 90 lbs, a travel bench, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, TRX, and much more. If you have a home gym, we’ll incorporate that into your workout and homework workouts. This is not dancing around with tiny pink dumbbells. If you want that, call someone else 🙂
What is the cancellation policy for my sessions?
I need 24 hrs notice if you need to change your time or day that you are training. If I do not get enough notice, I reserve the right to charge you at the rate of one session. You can avoid being charged if we can reschedule that week at a mutually agreed upon time. I do this for two reasons, it is another form of accountability and I need to make a living.
How much is it to have my consultation?
Consultations are free!
How much is it to train?
Individual training sessions are $75 per hour. I have different pricing for 2-on-1 training as well. If you live a little outside of my travel area, I reserve the right to charge more.
How far are you willing to travel?
I travel along Highways 40/64 and 364 between Lake St. Louis, Chesterfield, Town and Country, Wildwood, O’Fallon, Defiance, and St. Charles.
